Booking/Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm all reservations within 90 days of your departure. We understand that travel in Alaska can be unpredictable at times and we will do all we can to accommodate your travel needs. Travel insurance is highly recommended for all your plans while enjoying Alaska.
Cancellations within 90 days are eligible for a 90% refund.
Cancellations within 30 days are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 14 days are not eligible for a refund.

Weather changes frequently, so if we cancel any trip due to weather or any other reason on our behalf, we will be happy to give you a 100% refund.
